For server administrators: review bot permissions, channel visibility and automation settings before activation. Inferno can edit channels, assign roles, remove messages and moderate members when you grant those powers. Use the optional setup tools only when their changes suit your server.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern the Inferno AIO website, administrator dashboard, Discord bot and related subscriptions. When you install Inferno, activate service, use administrator controls, or purchase a subscription for a server, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, an organization you are authorized to represent. If you lack authority to manage that server or accept these Terms for an organization, do not perform those actions.
Members who only interact with a server using Inferno should read our Privacy Policy. Discord's own terms and policies still apply; these Terms do not override them. Inferno AIO is an independent service and is not Discord or Stripe.
2. What Inferno provides
Inferno provides the features currently available for an eligible server, such as moderation rules, logs, verification, role and rank tools, private report tickets, music, giveaways, reminders and optional virtual-coin poker and blackjack. Features can depend on Discord permissions, available channels, third-party media, and the bot's current configuration. The dashboard describes available controls; examples and previews are illustrative.
Each server has separate settings. Free service starts when Inferno joins an eligible server. Premium and optional packages require a separate grant, promo code, or payment where offered.
3. Administrator responsibilities
You choose the bot's permissions, roles, channels, thresholds and automation. You are responsible for reviewing these choices, keeping staff-only logs and report tickets appropriately restricted, deciding who may use administrator commands, and following applicable law and your community rules. Keep your own copies of critical server settings and content. Automated moderation can make mistakes, and staff should review important actions.
Changes made through valid administrator access are treated as actions by that administrator or server team. If a person with Administrator permission misconfigures a feature, runs setup or import on an established server, or uses moderation tools against members, that server remains responsible for its authorized choices. This does not excuse a defect or wrongful action caused by Inferno itself.
The owner of a subscription must have the authority to purchase for that server. Keep payment and account details current and protect your Discord account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or admin control was misused.
4. Prohibited use and service protection
Using Inferno for any of the following is a material breach of these Terms:
- Using bot permissions or commands to harass, spam, raid, deceive, or intentionally damage a Discord community or another person's data.
- Deliberately overloading the bot, dashboard, media lookups, databases or rate limits; flooding commands, messages, queues or variables; or probing for ways around access checks.
- Using scripts or unauthorized accounts to evade limits, impersonating another administrator, attempting to view another server's data or private service records, or exposing credentials.
- Using Inferno in violation of law, Discord's rules, third-party rights, or this service's intended server-management functions.
Do not test destructive or high-volume behavior on a live server without our written permission. We may rate-limit, block, suspend or terminate misuse and take reasonable steps to protect other customers. We will consider the facts and give notice when practical; urgent security action may be immediate.
5. Prices, recurring billing, cancellation and refunds
When checkout is available, the price, currency, billing interval, taxes (if any), and server covered by the purchase will be shown before you confirm payment. The currently advertised core plan is $5 USD per month per server as an introductory price. Starting Free service does not start a paid subscription or reserve a price by itself. Any future price change for an existing subscription will be communicated as applicable and will not silently change an already confirmed billing amount.
A paid subscription renews on the schedule shown at checkout until canceled. The purchasing account can use the billing-management link for its server, when available, or email [email protected] to request cancellation. A request to stop future renewal should be made before the next charge; we will confirm how and when cancellation takes effect. Removing the bot from Discord or turning a server off is not by itself a subscription cancellation.
After a voluntary cancellation, access normally continues through the already-paid period when Stripe is configured to cancel at period end. We do not normally issue a prorated refund solely because a customer stops using an available service mid-period. If you were charged in error, charged twice, cannot access the paid service because of our fault, or the service was materially different from what was promised, contact us so we can investigate and make it right, including a refund where appropriate. We will honor any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law. These Terms do not remove your right to dispute an unauthorized charge with your payment provider.
If payment fails or a subscription expires, service may pause while settings are preserved. A complimentary service grant may be provided separately and does not create a charge. We do not sell a planned add-on package before it is available and separately priced.
6. Service changes and availability
We work to keep Inferno available, but do not promise uninterrupted service, a specific uptime percentage, or that every Discord or YouTube function will remain available. Discord permissions, API changes, media restrictions, outages and maintenance can affect features. We may update or remove a feature for security, compliance or reliability, with advance notice for material changes when practical. If a material paid feature becomes unavailable for a substantial part of a billing period because of our service, contact us for a fair remedy.
We may use a short maintenance window that pauses new playback and ends existing music after the published countdown. Music playback is dependent on third-party source availability and does not include a guarantee of ad-free access.
7. Suspension, bot removal and data
We may suspend service for nonpayment, security issues, serious breach or conduct that threatens Discord communities or Inferno's operation. We may ask you to correct a problem before suspension when practical. Suspension does not automatically erase server configuration. We may end service if the issue continues or legal/platform requirements demand it.
If Inferno is removed from a secondary Discord server, bot-hosted server data is kept for a 30-day re-add window and then scheduled for deletion, as explained in the Privacy Policy. This affects Inferno's saved settings and feature data, not the Discord server itself. Re-adding during the window may restore that data. Discord messages already posted by the bot remain subject to the server's own Discord controls. Subscription cancellation is separate.
8. Risks, remedies and liability
Inferno is a tool for server administrators; it does not replace human review or your own backups. You are responsible for losses caused by your unauthorized or improper use of its controls or by permissions you knowingly grant, to the extent allowed by law. We remain responsible for our own conduct to the extent applicable law requires.
To the extent permitted by law, Inferno is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free or fit every server's purpose. Neither party is responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where law does not allow that limit. Where a monetary liability limit is permitted, Inferno's total liability for a claim arising from a paid server subscription is limited to the amount paid for that server during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For a free service, that limit is $50 USD where legally permitted. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
If you breach these Terms through misuse and a third party brings a claim directly caused by that misuse, you agree to reimburse Inferno for reasonable losses and defense costs to the extent the law permits, after we notify you and allow reasonable participation in the defense. This does not apply to claims caused by Inferno's own fault.
9. Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post an updated effective date. For material changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide notice through the service or contact information reasonably available to us before the change takes effect when practical. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance where law permits; if you disagree, stop using the service and cancel future renewal.
Please contact [email protected] about support, billing or a dispute so we have a chance to resolve it. Nothing here removes a consumer protection or other non-waivable legal right.
